Combine all spices and water. Mix well and set aside.
Trim any fat of the chicken breast then cut into medium sized cubes. Approximately 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Combine the chicken and half of the spice mixture in one of the large food storage bags. Mix well and set aside.
Wash and gut the Peppers. Now cut the peppers into 1 1/2 to 2 inch squares. Set aside.
Wash and peal the onions. Now cut the onions into 1 1/2 to 2 inch squares. Set aside.
Wash the tomatoes and set aside.
Combine all the vegetables in a new food storage bag. Add the rest of the spice mixture to the vegetables and mix well. Set aside.
Let the mixtures marinate for at least 30 minutes. For better results place the to bags into the refrigerator and let marinate to several hours or even over night. Make sure two mixtures are back at room temperature before placing on the grill.
Preheat grill to a medium flame.
Arrange chicken and vegetables on skewers, 3 chicken cubes per skewer. For example: place 1 pepper slice, one onion slice, and one chicken cube through the middle of the skewer. Repeat until three chicken cubes are on the skewer then finish with in onion slice, one pepper slice and one tomato. Please see the picture as you can have any combination you like.
If you have vegetables left over, please feel free to make some vegetable only kabobs. We love having some extra vegies to eat.
Place kabobs on grill for about 3- 5 minutes on each side (4 sides total). Cook the kabobs until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit.
Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes.
Get creative and add your own mix of vegetables and spices to your kabobs while using this recipe as a guide. Mushrooms for example can be a great addition. Flavor God spices makes excellent premixed spices that will help in prep time and buying a ton of different spices, though mixing yourself allows you to adjust to your own taste.
