Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower stalk removed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine.
  4. Steam in a steamer basket until soft and drain well. (I like to put it on a paper towel to get all the moisture out. Sometimes you have to give it a little squeeze) Place back in pot and let cool.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with the mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic powder and eggs.
  6. Transfer to the center of the parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust. (Making the edges a little thicker will give a crust as the mixture will not rise).
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Add desired toppings (cheese, sauce, vegies, ect..) and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
