Lightly spray a large baking sheet with coconut oil and set aside.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Make sure you do not add the shell of the egg. 🙂
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Make medium sized balls out of the meat mixture and place on the baking sheet from step one. You should be able to make approximately 30 meatballs with this recipe, though depending on the size of the meatballs you make there maybe a little more or a little less.
Place tray of meatballs in oven and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit. The smaller the meatball less cook time will be needed and the larger the meatball longer cook time will be needed.
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minuets.
We use 99% lean organic turkey meat in our meatballs. Keep in mind most turkey meat brands have a somewhat high fat content. If it is not posted on the package it most likely is higher in fat.
